Services for Institutions

Real Estate/Property
A religious community has many different resources that it utilizes to serve its mission. Proper stewardship of these resources requires that attention be paid to the changing needs of the institute and the role that each resource plays in meeting the needs of the members and the mission.
Changes in the institute may cause re-thinking on how these resources should be used or whether they are needed. Our clients have ranged from religious institutes of 12 members to international communities of 1,200 members. We understand the emotional complexities attached to property decisions and utilize process of member involvement and utmost respect when dealing with property decisions.

We have assisted religious institutes in the sale, lease, purchase, or evaluation of their various properties in over 20 states throughout the USA. Our international experience includes Canada, Chile, South America, Germany, and Rome Italy.

This often involves divesting from companies engaged in industries that are considered impermissible.
Supporting Ethical Companies:
Faith-based investing also encourages investing in businesses that uphold positive values like social justice, environmental stewardship, family values, and good employee treatment.
