Our mission is to build a long-term relationship of trust and understanding between our clients and our firm by expanding our knowledge and expertise in the financial arena and maintaining an awareness of the broader issues facing each of our clients. We feel it is our obligation to empower our clients by educating them on the financial and managerial issues that affect their lives and their life’s mission and to treat each client with the professional respect they deserve.

Our Team

Our investment and management team has over 70 years of financial experience with institutions, endowments, and individuals. The stability and talent of our personnel ultimately affect the consistency of performance in our clients' portfolios.


Robert J. Bamberger

Bob is responsible for determining client objectives and providing strategic investment planning and insight for each client. His responsibilities include advising our clients on financial and investment issues. He is a member of our due diligence committee on our manager and fund selection process.

Prior to starting TSC, Bob worked for an international financial consulting firm. He organized TSC in order to respond to the unique investment needs for professional, objective financial advice on investments and other financial matters. Recognizing this need, experienced professionals with diverse yet complementary disciplines in the investment and financial arena and extensive experience, came together to establish this firm.

Bob has spoken at several National Conferences on "How to integrate socially responsibility investments into your Policies and Guidelines" and on "Asset Protection Planning".

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the University Missouri – St. Louis.




Mary Beth Schulte

Beth has been an integral part of our firm since its inception. Her principle responsibility is to ensure the control and profitable operation of our firm. She assists in the development of strategic investment plans for our clients. Her professional experience includes seven years at Big Four accounting firms as a financial and strategic consultant to large Catholic institutions. Beth graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Louis University and earned her MBA in Finance from St. Louis University. Beth is a Certified Public Accountant.
